Side by Side

This is a picture of my two current bikes side by side. On the left is my second road bike, a 1989 BMW K100RS (white), and on the right is my third road bike, a 2019 BMW R1250RT (red). My first road bike (sold) was a black 1984 BMW R65, a great starter bike, but not a lot of power for long hauls. I have 100,000 miles give or take across all 3 bikes. I started racing and jumping BMX bikes as a kid and got my first motorized bike experience on a cousin's Honda Trail bike.
